Club Focus Guides

Our club focus articles will feature non-league clubs throughout the UK with each

issue of Non-League Digest providing focuses on several different clubs. Most articles

will contain details of the ground, several ground photos, programme details, bus

connections, detailed maps showing ground location and also recommended pubs

within the vicinity of the ground. Not to be missed as it will be your invaluable guide

when you visit the club yourself and even if you've already been there, it will make

interesting reading.

Non-League Programme Reviews

Each month we review and rate twelve non-league programmes with particular emphasis on smaller

clubs or those who only issue occasionally. Each review will offer a rating out of five, and will have

cover reproductions. If you would like your club's programme reviewed and given publicity in a national

magazine, send one in to us for review here at Non-League Digest and we'll feature it in a future issue or

use the online form (see orange button above). Also, we include in the magazine a database building up

throughout the season listing 100's of non-league clubs showing exactly who issues regularly, occasionally, who does one-offs and equally as important - those who never issue. Not only that, but for the issuers, we'll try to provide as many of the programme editor's details (not necessarily the club secretary) as possible to make your life easier when searching for a club who issues. Please note that the non-league programme database mentioned will appear in the magazine only - it will not appear on our website.

Overseas Groundhopping

We know that many groundhoppers nowadays do a lot of their travelling overseas so we will cater for you too! Each month there will be features on continental football with articles written by our regular and guest contributors. Accompanying the articles will be superb photos of the grounds, the programmes and even the matchday tickets. Details of how to get to the grounds and maps will also be included wherever possible. Whether you are an experienced overseas traveller, new to this aspect of the hobby or are thinking of branching out to include foreign football, you can't afford to miss out on the magazine as each issue will cover this part of the hobby. We hope to feature grounds from all over the world.

Regular & Guest Contributors
We have a team of regular & guest contributors writing in Non-League Digest. They offer their unique opinions, sharing their experiences about their travels both in the UK and abroad, and providing excellent photos of the grounds with each article featured. Hopefully they will inform and entertain throughout the season, with all corners of the world covered in articles in each issue. Also, we need YOUR help too. We would like you all to contribute by way of photos, articles, letters, etc. Details of how these can be submitted can be found elsewhere on this website. It would be nice to get many views from different people so now's your chance.

Website & Non-League Publications Review
Who has the best non-league websites? In each issue of Non-League Digest, we review and rate a selection of websites especially from the smaller clubs who get very little publicity. Hopefully we'll be able to dig out a few gems for you to look at. Each club featured is added to our links page for clubs on our own website so that you can take a look at them all as they are reviewed. Also we review the latest non-league books, magazines and publications.

Forgotten Grounds

We have a series of articles about non-league grounds that have disappeared. This feature appears in the magazine most months to build into a series of interesting articles that will also include photos of the grounds covered to form a fascinating and nostalgic look back at each ground that is featured throughout the series. With clubs moving ground all the time we sometimes tend to forget the old grounds that are gradually being lost so this series will hopefully revive a few memories and if you missed out on any of those featured, we can hopefully provide articles of interest on what the football ground was actually like when still in existence.
